Practical QA for teams that need more than button-click testing

Examen QA focuses on practical testing work: understanding the product, walking through real user and admin workflows, finding useful issues, and communicating them clearly.

Our Approach

QA support built around workflows, edge cases, and product understanding

We are not the kind of QA team that only clicks buttons and checks if screens open. We focus on workflows, business logic, edge cases, role-based behavior, permissions, data consistency, and regression risk. We aim to find issues that regular surface-level testing can miss.

Close to the work

We work best when we are close to the development process, where unclear requirements and broken assumptions can be found early.

Different users, different risks

We consider how users, admins, support teams, vendors, owners, internal teams, and business operations may behave differently inside the same application.

More than bug lists

When useful, we point out workflow gaps, confusing UX, missing validations, unclear requirements, and product risks.

The testing mindset behind Examen QA

I built Examen QA around the kind of QA work I value most: understanding the product, following real workflows, questioning unclear behavior, and reporting issues in a way developers and product teams can act on.

My QA background includes long-term work through Rainforest QA, manual QA, exploratory testing, regression testing, no-code automation, test case writing, bug reporting, and workflow and business logic validation.

I have tested web apps, mobile apps, SaaS products, admin portals, payment flows, AI tools, education platforms, workforce tools, and HOA or workflow-heavy systems. That experience shapes how we look for product risk, not just visible UI problems.

Why Examen QA exists

Useful QA support for teams that need more than surface checks

I wanted Examen QA to stay grounded: clear testing, useful reports, and honest feedback. Many products need QA support that can understand the intent of a feature, test the actual workflow, notice edge cases, and explain issues without overcomplicating the work.

We test the full path

From setup to completion, including roles, statuses, validations, and recovery paths.

We stay practical

Findings are framed around product risk, user impact, reproducibility, and next steps.

We keep the team small

Examen QA is intentionally practical and focused. We do not try to sound bigger than we are; the value is in careful testing and clear communication.
